About this house sitting position in Freshwater

3bedroom apartment in over 55s development, lift access . We are on 1st floor (top floor).
i should mention that you need to be over the age of 55yrs young or close to that age ,as our apartment complex requires this, i don't wish to upset my neighbours by having a young person living on the premises .
We have a rag doll cat 15 years young in Nov this year and she is an indoor cat . Kitty needs are to be fed she is a grazer so little servings throughout the day, like when you have breakfast ,lunch or dinner she is usually there to let you know,, some cuddles on her terms , brushed on her terms ( on repeat) toilet box (2)kept clean , i usually replace once per week as she is very fussy .We have a large covered balcony . We are close to freshwater village , buses to the city (B1) & local buses to manly wharf & Waringah Mall for shopping , as well as close to beaches .
There is no off street parking unfortunately however parking on street shouldn’t be a problem
Kitty sleeps in her own room at night so you can have a peaceful sleep .
I would prefer a single female to mind kitty as she likes to be given lots of attention on her terms of course
