About this house sitting position in Freshwater
Two bed, two bath 1930s renovated Queenslander, with large back veranda overlooking tropical gardens and pool.
House, to be kept tidy, vacuumed, mopped, dusted.
Yard requires mowing and blowing (push mower, rechargeable-battery blower and whipper-snipper provided). Palm fronds and garden debris (e.g. trim dead ginger stalks and flowers) to be put in box trailer.
Pool skimmer box to be emptied daily.
Dolphin-brand pool robot deployed 2-3 times/week (depending on weather).
No pets - sadly, they have all passed on.
Security is 1.8m wooden fence with electronic gates and sensor lights.
