Two bed, two bath 1930s renovated Queenslander, with large back veranda overlooking tropical gardens and pool.
House, to be kept tidy, vacuumed, mopped, dusted, and gecko poo removed (it can get messy if left unchecked).
Large yard (2000sqm - including pool area) requires mowing and blowing (push mower, rechargeable-battery blower and whipper-snipper provided). Palm fronds, fallen gingers stalks, dead branches etc to be collected and put in box trailer. This property requires people who are interested in gardening.
Pool skimmer box to be emptied daily.
Dolphin-brand pool robot deployed 2-3 times/week (depending on weather).
No pets - sadly, they have all passed on.
Security is 1.8m wooden fence around property with electronic gates and sensor lights.
