Our home is a charming sandstone cottage set in a peaceful semi‑rural pocket close to Sydney. It is a wonderful place to unwind — enjoy an afternoon drink on the verandah while taking in the garden and the beautiful “Galston glow”.

- Three comfortable bedrooms plus a dedicated study ideal for working from home
- Beautifully renovated bathrooms and a new, well‑equipped kitchen
- Air conditioning, fireplaces and plenty of cosy spaces to relax
- A pool for warm days and a leafy garden to wander and enjoy

Location:
- Semi‑rural feel, yet very convenient
- Bus stop at the end of the street
- Around 15 minutes to the metro or major shopping centre
- Approximately 35 minutes’ drive to North Sydney
- Local shopping including Woolworths, Aldi and IGA close by (2-6kms) plus plenty of lovely cafes.

Pet care
- We have two gorgeous, non‑shedding Australian Cobberdogs - Cosmo and Kasper.
- They are affectionate, gentle and love company
- Daily walks, cuddles and general care will keep them happy

We are looking for someone who can care for our home, garden, pool and pets with the same love we do. We travel frequently so would like to build a relationship with someone who enjoys this peaceful, welcoming spot, and wants to return.
