Perfect stay for someone looking to be in Melbourne for Christmas and New Years!

Welcoming, recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 storey townhouse. Bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms upstairs with a separate downstairs toilet. Separate laundry, small front yard and deck out the back. Garage access for 1 car.

And you'd be looking after our two beautiful cavoodle dogs. Buddy who is 4 and Freddie who is 1. They are inside dogs and love playing, sitting next to you on the lounge or sitting up on the bed at night. You must love dogs and don't mind cuddly dogs that love to be near you. And also OK with the fun and excitement of a puppy.

Buddy & Freddie need at least one walk a day or visit to the dog park which is a short drive away. They can be left alone for a few hours at a time if needed but looking for someone to live in.

5 minute walk to the Gardenvale shops and train station with a bus at the end of the street. 5 minute drive to Coles. 20 min walk or 10 min bus trip down to the water, Elwood beach is the closest. 20 min train into the city.
