About this house sitting position in Garfield

We are lucky to own a beautiful 4 bedroom weatherboard on 6 acres in Garfield VIC. Our place is private and tranquil and a great place to slow down and enjoy the charming country life surrounded by rolling hills and farm animals. Our animal family consists of 3 horses and 3 fur babies (Cavoodles) whom we love dearly.
We will be going on a holiday for 4 nights and will be taking our dogs but will need trusted sitters to keep an eye on our horses. Depending on weather they may require occasional feeding and changing of rugs. Generally they are fairly self-sufficient. We also require our house to be cared for and kept clean and tidy. Depending on length of booking and time of year, we may also require the watering/ maintenance of our veggie patch as well as other garden maintenance tasks which can be determined and agreed on upon booking. If you’re up for some time gardening/ weeding during your stay we are all for it!
The house is mostly off grid complete with water tanks, treatment plant and gas. Only electricity and internet are connected to mainland services. WIFI is available.
