Family home in a quiet suburb – Spa, Sauna & Cinema Setup. Comfortable single-storey home with 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas, giving you plenty of space to relax. Enjoy a large projector for a cinema-style TV experience, plus a 10-seater spa and 5-seater sauna to unwind during your stay.
Located in a quiet, down-to-earth neighbourhood. It’s not the most polished part of town, but it’s friendly and generally safe. Great for daytime walks and still fine in the evenings, with the occasional bit of neighbourhood noise.
Very close to town, within walking distance to bus stops and a small shopping centre. The bay beach is about 5 minutes away, and the surf coast is around a 20-minute drive.
One bedroom and a study will be locked, but you’ll still have plenty of space to enjoy the home.

1 kelpie – friendly, active, loves a walk or frisbee (walk every 1–2 days). Loves living with other small and playful dogs.

We’re looking for someone to stay for the full month and take care of the home and animals:
Walk and feed the dog (walk every 1–2 days)
Feed chickens daily + check water/feed every second day
Water plants as needed
Mow lawns and keep yard tidy (or we can arrange a service)
Keep the house clean and tidy
Looking for someone reliable, respectful, and comfortable with animals.

Good Fit
