About this house sitting position in Geelong

Our home is a bright, tidy 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom period-style house located in South Geelong, with all modern amenities.

We are within walking distance to the train station, parks, cafes, and the city centre. For footy lovers, Kardinia Park is at the end of our street.

We are looking for a pet sitter from 21 June – 2 July. Our home is best suited to a single person or couple, as we only have one guest room available.

We have two much-loved pets — our beautiful big dog Memphis and our older cat Henry.

Memphis is an 8-year-old French Mastiff cross weighing over 50kg. He is a gentle, docile boy with very low energy who enjoys lazing in the sun and soaking up attention. Memphis is very low maintenance and mainly just requires feeding and some company. He does not require regular walks.

Memphis sleeps inside on his bed at night. While he isn’t allowed on the couches or beds, he is free to move around the house when people are home. During the day, he spends time both inside and outside. He is fed in the morning, when his bed is moved outside for the day, and again in the evening before being brought back inside for the night.

Henry is our 12-year-old British Shorthair cat with a big personality. He mostly keeps to himself but enjoys a pat and cuddle when it suits him. He spends his days relaxing in the garden and soaking up the sun before coming back inside in the evening. His food and water simply need topping up every few days.

We are looking for someone who will enjoy spending time with our fur babies and caring for our home while we are away. We look forward to hearing from anyone interested. Read more...
