We live in a townhouse with 3 levels. Ground car park, garage, laundry & study. 1st floor 2 bedrooms, ensuite & main bathroom. Top floor kitchen/dining/lounge room one long area with balconies each end.
Walking distance to popular cafes, supermarkets & parks, bus stops & train station under 10mins walk.
Lovely neighbourhood, friendly & very quiet.
We need someone who would work from home or not be away from home long hours as Teddy our dog has no way of getting outside for toilet breaks.
Someone who will be around to take Teddy for walks & to meet his friends down at Rippleside Park sometimes & to his favourite cafe where he gets free doggy treats!! Teddy is 11 so as been older he likes company & not long walks. He is very easy to look after & loveable.
Also someone who is clean & quiet as everyone lives very close to each other.
