About this house sitting position in Glen Aplin

Our home is low set in a rural setting about 10 mins south of Stanthorpe. We are in the middle of the Granite Belt wine region and Girraween National Park is about 30mins away.
The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, 2 toilets and a lounge kitchen dining area. There is a room with a queen size bed available to use. We have a wood fire heater if it is cold and a lovely sun room which is enjoyable all year round. There is a fully appointed office attached to the house.
There is a garden which requires minimal care and a vege patch. Some indoor plants to water.
We have one large greyhound (38kg) who is an inside dog and is used to having people around. He loves going for walks in town, is super cruisy, loves cuddles and walks well.
Stanthorpe is a well provisioned town which has three supermarkets (Woolies, IGA and ALDI), an art gallery, pubs, a butcher, restaurants etc. There is also a local hospital. Great local food and wine can be found throughout the region.
It is very quiet and a great place to see wildlife (especially birds) and wonderful sunsets.
Great for a retired couple or someone who works from home.
