Feather & Fern is a peaceful 3-acre rural property in Glenwood, Queensland, surrounded by nature and wildlife. I’m looking for a reliable, caring and animal-loving house sitter who is comfortable with a rural property.

The main priority is caring for my much-loved animals and birds, including cockatoos, galahs, a corella, chickens, ducks and a cat. Duties would include feeding, providing fresh water, checking everyone is safe and secure, and keeping their areas reasonably clean.

The property has rainwater tanks, a dam and plenty of outdoor space, so someone who enjoys country living would be ideal. Some general property care would be appreciated, and experience using a tractor/mower would be an absolute bonus, although it is not essential.

Most importantly, I’m looking for someone trustworthy, responsible and genuinely comfortable around animals and birds. 🦜🦆🐓🐈🌿
