About this house sitting position in Gold Coast

We had sitters booked (they just cancelled) so now worried we will have no one to look after our pets. Duplex in Shearwater Park Runaway Bay northern end of Gold Coast. Home has been renovated.
3 bedroom 2 bathroom.
Wifi included (I wfh so office area setup with printer), Netflix, Foxtel, (100 inch tv) air conditioned.
Harry is our ginger cat who is 7 years old and Teags 9yo female cocker spaniel. (Both in excellent health) Cat cannot go out the front, yard is cat proofed in the backyard.
You will have own bathroom and bedroom. I have a son (38) from Ballina who works on the Coomera Connect he stays in another part of home bedroom and his own bathroom. He sleeps here 1 to 2 nights a week and travels to and from Ballina on other days to his family. He is only here to sleep as his full time job is close to our home and 1-2 nights breaks up his commute. You will only see him coming back from work. He does use the kitchen for his dinner but clean and tidy. He has his own setup in his bedroom with tv etc.
Please come meet us and my son, we are a semi retired couple in 60's travelling to Egypt, Turkey and Europe.
