About this house sitting position in Golden Bay

Going on a little camping trip and need a house/pet sitter to take care of our rescue dog, Vato.

Vato is a Staffy x Mastiff, 40kg, reactive doggo.
Looking for a sitter who is happy to just chill at home with him, cuddle up on the couch and just exist with him. No walking will be required for the week - Vato is very reactive to other dogs and cats. Vato takes medication every evening, and not willingly. So the appropriate sitter would need to be confident with giving medication. Vato is a big boy that loves his humans... sometimes a little too much, the first 24-48 hours will be a settling period where Vato's excitement at having a new friend will result in some extra loving of your legs. He is known to be a bit of a humper when excited.
With all that noted, the sitter will need to be confident on their feet.

Outside of all that loveliness, Vato is actually a very chill dog who will happily be a couch potato with you all day, or who will happily follow you around the house while you do what ever you need to do.
Vato will have ample food and medication on hand for the week of the sit.

The house is located in Golden Bay, short walk to parks and the beach. Secret Harbour square is just 2km away with shops, cafes and bars to satisfy your needs during the sit. Secret Harbour Golf Club is also near by.
