About this house sitting position in Golden Beach

Are you a cat lover? My cats are used to affection.
Seeking a quiet NON-SMOKER to look after my fur babies - feed them twice a day, give them fresh water daily, clean out their litter box a few times a day as needed, and give them the affection that they are used to.
In return, you get to stay in my 2 bedroom duplex on a quiet street just a short stroll from the water's edge and spectacular sunrise walks. There is an enclosed carport with a small garden area and outdoor seating. My car will be parked there, but there is still room to enjoy the space. The bus stop is very close, so you don't need a car, but there is plenty of street parking. The Powerboat Club and local shops are also a short walk away.
My room (not pictured) would be off-limits as a place the cats can go if they want to be alone.
One of the bedrooms is used as an office that leads out to the carport and I usually use that as the main entrance.
The spare room (pictured), which is where you will sleep, it has a double bed, wall mounted TV, and lounge chairs.
I have 2 cats born in March 2021, so will be 5 years old during your stay. My home is calm and fairly quiet. The black cat can be timid with new people, especially noisy people. He is also the most affectionate one, so after a day when he warms to you - he will be very smoochy and climb onto your lap for cuddles. The tabby is a bit more adventurous and will come over to sniff you and let you pat her. She often nestles into me when I am working on the computer or in bed at night. They usually follow me into whichever room I am in and often sleep on my bed, so they like human company. I often leave them alone in the daytime, but I am usually home at night. I need someone gentle to stay here so they have some human contact and don't get distressed. (Or so I don't get distressed worrying about them).
I keep them indoors and they entertain themselves, but also interact and play with me. Occasionally, I let them out and they love playing in the carport and digging in the garden. I have installed a hidden fence, so they need to wear their collars if you let them out into the carport - the tabby will get over the fence if she isn't wearing her collar, and the black one will get on the roof.
