About this house sitting position in Golden Beach

One level home, 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms , open plan steps to garden . Has a vegetable garden.
There is a large outdoor room closed in with big windows which we love spending time in overlooking the garden. Has a swinging egg chair, hammock, large table and comfortable chairs. Also heating.

Plenty of parking on site. Secured gates and fencing. There is a bus that leaves once a day for Sale and returns at the end of the day. Not sure if it runs every day
There is starlink internet wireless connection,
Filtered water, dishwasher, dryer , washing machine.
Smart tv, with Netflix etc.

Dogs live inside, they sleep on the bed, just want dogs to be cared for . Louis is 11 years old and the Sophie is 5 and she suffers from heightened anxiety and is on medication for it.

Dogs enjoy easy walks mainly sniffing and exploring , always on a leash as they would take off after rabbits.
Both enjoy fetch games with balls and other toys.

The supermarket in town is a good walking distance. It has take away food and coffee as well as groceries
Main large town 40 minutes away is Sale Vic.
Golden Beach Vic is a remote little town. Very sleepy and quiet. The beach is 90 mile beach and you have to be a strong swimmer as it has very strong currents.

I dont take dogs to walk on the beach as Louis has joint issues and some people do not put their dogs on a leash and this has turned in to attacks on small dogs. So I will go for a walk on my own but my dogs get their walks close to home. The walk to the beach is about 2 to 3 minutes from the house via a track via the dunes. Read more...
