About this house sitting position in GOOLWA BEACH (SA)

The main task for any sitter is to keep our fur kids happy. We have 2 female, rescue, cross breeds who are 4yo. They are quite active, especially first thing and late afternoon. They have their own racetrack in the backyard so walks aren't essential. I would suggest confident walkers only.
Loloma can be a little anxious. If she is tentative don't force anything or eyeball her and she will be fine. Ellie is the annoying little sister. She has Kelpie in her DNA and with it comes the barking, rounding instinct. She is however like velcro and loves to have cuddles.
They are inside / outside dogs. They sleep in the lounge, and if you were to agree enjoy cuddles on the bed in the morning (easily controlled by the door being open or closed). If Loloma is comfortable enough with you, she may surprise with a cuddle in the lounge too.
They are fed twice daily. They are social with other dogs and people, but are full on especially initially. Ellie is also a jumper, trying to lick faces when greeting people. This is a training work in progress, along with the barking.
Our home has a queen bed (we can set up a camp bed or swag mattress in the "dump it" room if required). 3rd bedroom is set up as robe and study. Living area captures the morning sun and a dining room. Newly renovated bathroom and toilet laundry and there will be a new kitchen by Dec 26. K
Front garden is recently had a make over so watering will be appreciated. Our neighbor would happily help if you prefer not to do it . Outside verandahs front and back, on a 900sqm block. Back yard is the dogs territory at the moment. Nothing required except keeping water and dog pools fresh if warm enough.
We just use our phone data for internet (a bit behind the times sorry) so you will need your own internet access. There is a split system heating cooling and ceiling fans. There are 2 driveways with double length carport on one side and garage on the other.
2 pot plants inside which need little to no attention.
Location is an easy 1km walk to shopping centre, river and beach (different directions). Neighbours are great and would help or be available to assist for any problems if required. Read more...
