About this house sitting position in Goolwa

I have a small 3 bed house with a tiny yard at the back within easy walking distance of Goolwa’s Main Street, the Murray River and the beach. Easy care home with tiled floors in living areas and wood veneer floors in bedrooms. A large veranda provides a lovely sitting area with the Steamranger line running past. All the mod cons you could want with comfy leather lounge chairs and beds . The front yard has plenty of cement and direct drainage points for parking a van. Power can run from the carport.
I do have a lot of houseplants that will require regular watering and quite a few outside pots too. Front garden is small with only the occasional hand water needed.
I have a sweet 4 year old Maltese Pomeranian dog called Queenie. She does like to sleep with her human companions but only on the bed - not in the bed. She is easy care and will be by your side a lot of the time - loves a snuggle, expects a bit of play time each day and a walk on her lead. She is very indifferent to other dogs when out walking - it’s the people she loves. She can be a bit of a barker when people walk past the house so need to manage that. She is happy to be at home alone for multiple hours during day. She quite likes the car but only short distances as she can get motion sickness on longer trips. I also have lovely neighbours.
