We have a beautiful 4 bedroom farm / Queensland style house which has been revamped and renovated. Our house is situated along the Newell Highway between Goondiwindi QLD and Boggabilla NSW - we are a border town! Our house is a very clean and clutter free home with beautiful garden and Macintyre river views. The house is welcoming and comfortable with aircon to keep you cool during those hot summer outback days! House comes with everything you need! - aircon, wifi, cooking appliances, smart TV etc
WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT OUR AREA :)
8 minute drive into the beautiful town of Goondiwindi QLD. Our property backs onto the Macintyre River which is beautiful and a great spot for fishing and boating. House is clean, safe, spacious and private and feels rural even with neighbours and being so close to beautiful restaurants, cafes and shops in Goondiwindi.
We will need the house to be enjoyed and looked after, along with our beautiful pets. We have 2 gorgeous and friendly cats named Ollie and Frank. Both are much loved pets and we are looking for someone compassionate and kind who loves animals to help care for them and help keep them happy and in their routine while we are away. We also have some Guinea fowl who wonder freely around the property. We just need their water and seed topped up in the mornings and to keep an eye on them and make sure they’re keeping safe :)
Our house is situated along the Newell Highway and not in the township so we have lots of privacy and space to make you feel like you’re on a rural property while still being super close to the main town of Goondiwindi.
