Average brick family split level house with large backyard, back deck, courtyard, front veranda and pool, including moderate well established gardens both back and front. One 12 year old golden Labrador requires a dog lover to attend to his needs, twice daily feeds and a walk or play sessions if possible. Otherwise he is happy to sleep all day, literally! He is an inside dog and sleeps inside but very trainable and follows basic commands. He just wants security and affection. Only tasks required are lawn mowing and pool upkeep (minimal in winter with pool covering but monitor leaf control, pump, water level etc), mail collection, general house care. Newly renovated kitchen and flooring.
