About this house sitting position in Gosnells

Joy and I want to go away for about 3 weeks. We have 11 hens which need which need eggs collected and counted daily. So the crows don't eat them. With 1 food station that needs keeping an eye on. Plus a large flock of homing pigeons. Which need releasing and relocking on most days. The pigeons have 2 feeding stations. So that's 3 feeding stations and 3 waterers that need to be observed. We live close to a river in a semi-rural setting so rats are ever present. Sounds a lot but it's easy. A short walk to the bus route. Unlimited WI FI. with Netflix and Prime Plus a new smart 65 inch smart TV. Room for a caravan out the front. Also a double remote controlled lock up garage and a large outdoor patio out thee back.
Prefer some on ewithout pets. Applicant must teat the property like their own, so they must be observant. Need to do basic repairs or arrange for same. Such as leaking taps or water stations or just general stuff. Must have good references and a police clearance. Must be tidy and a non smoker or vaper. You have access to a double bed and a single bed. Shower, bathroom, toilet , kitchen, dining room, lounge and laundry. On a quiet cul de sac with quiet neighbors. Plus an easy set house alarm. Must be able to communicate with us if needed while we are away. I only work 3 days a week so we like to go away often.
