About this house sitting position in Goulburn

Our home is across the street from Goulburn's Victoria Park. The Cookbundoon Range is in view from our home. We are closely situated to Goulburn's Aquatic & Leisure Centre (not too many steps away) and, if you are so inclined, we are in walking distance to Goulburn's historic main street (or otherwise the main street & shops are a quick drive).
We will be away from just before Christmas until just after Australia Day.
We have no pets; we simply would be more at ease with a reliable sitter in our home for its security and care, which would include some watering as well as lawn mowing as required (dependent on how much it does or doesn't rain).
Popular regional spots to visit include Crookwell, Marulan, Taralga, Bowral, etc - hopefully opportunity for a nice break for the right person or couple.
Note, we don't have a TV or on-wall screen as we use our personal devices for screening (happy to maintain internet connection while we are away so selected sitter can do the same if desired).
