We live in a lovely, comfortable house with amazing views of the Brindabellas. Our home has two bedrooms and a study, a main bathroom with separate toilet and an ensuite off the main bedroom, a lounge/dining room and a family room. The house has undergone some renovations since 2023 including a new front deck, stunning new kitchen, new flooring throughout and double glazed windows to add an another layer to the energy efficiency of our home. We will be travelling interstate and need someone to look after our home and our beautiful male Border Collie , Finn who will be 2 years old in April. He is a clever, funny, affectionate and lovely boy . He loves people and likes to play and go for walks. While he can be left alone for up to 5 hours at a time, he does get anxious because he loves company. We would prefer a sitter who will be around most of the time or someone who mostly works from home. A couple or single person would be ideal. Finn needs a daily walk of 3-40 minutes. Most of the gardens have an automatic watering system but some hand watering of pot plants is required every few days.
The house is surrounded by great walking tracks and there is a fabulous coffee shop, pharmacy, grocery shop and hairdressers only a two minute walk from the house. Read more...
