About this house sitting position in GRACEVILLE
Furnished and equipped one bedroom ground floor self contained flat - 2 minute walk to Graceville train station. Plenty of shops, a cinema and cafes within 3 minute walk. 2 stops to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. Undercover off street parking. Fully fenced. Maximum occupancy 2 people.
Your access is only to the downstairs kitchen, living area, bathroom and bedroom. Access is via a separate entrance.
I have a 13 year old Australian Kelpie who needs two 20 min walks and two meals a day. Picking up poo is required by local law. The local area is flat and very nice for walking. My dog is not normally allowed inside, but I don’t mind if you want him inside. You may have a small house trained dog inside. No cats.
