About this house sitting position in GRACEVILLE
Furnished and equipped one bedroom ground floor self contained flat (lower floor of my house). Two minute walk to Graceville train station. Plenty of shops, a cinema and cafes within 1-4 minute walk. Two stops to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. Undercover off street parking. Fully fenced. Maximum occupancy 2 people.
Your access is only to the downstairs kitchen, living area, bathroom and bedroom. Access is via a separate entrance.
I have a 13 year old Australian Kelpie who needs two 20 min walks and two meals a day. Picking up poo is required by local law. The local area is flat and very nice for walking. My dog is not normally allowed inside, but I don’t mind if you want him inside. You may have a small house trained dog inside. No cats.
