About this house sitting position in Grange

Our 3 bedroom detached home is in Grange, a coastal suburb of Adelaide. We have a ground floor queen bedroom and bathroom available for your use. There is a secure carport with automatic roller door which has space for one car. The house is situated opposite a reserve with Grange beach just a 10 minute walk away. Grange East train station is a 5 minute walk away and a 20 minute train journey into Adelaide or around 20 minutes if you prefer to drive.We are close to Henley Beach and West Lakes and have many local shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
We are looking for a couple or single person (preferably retired or working from home) to look after our home and garden and provide our elderly and deaf Jack Russell (Cooper) with care and attention while we are visiting our adult children and family overseas. We are traveling at short notice as my 96 year old fathers health has declined.
Cooper is 12 years old and has been in our family for 8 years. He has become deaf over the last year, he requires a lot of affection and must have his daily walks. He is very friendly with people and but can be a little unpredictable at times with other dogs.
We require very little in the way of gardening, there are 2 small lawns that will need mowing once or twice. There are indoor and outdoor plants which will require watering.
