2 storey 3 bedroom home near beach at Grange. Only two bedrooms available for sitters but they are the good ones upstairs! Native plants garden in front, roofed patio out back, so low maintenance. Comfortable and homey, reverse cycle air conditioning, house runs on solar power.
Garage has been turned into an artist Studio but there is parking outside in the driveway.
My dog Jessie, an eight-year-old Labrador golden retriever cross, is the main reason that I need a house sitter while I’m away. She is a very gentle friendly dog who enjoys a walk every day: our friend Mary comes to walk her four days a week so you only need to do it three days. You need to be careful when opening the doors to the street : she’ll race out chasing whatever she can find if you don’t tell her firmly to ‘stay.’
