About this house sitting position in Great Western

We have a home in Great Western, opposite Seppelt Winery. Great Western is a lovely little town with a pub, post shop, petrol station, cafe, pharmacy and gallery. What else do you need?
We live on 12 acres. We have 5 sheep and 40ish chickens.
The sheep are very easy care, there is nothing really that they need.
The chickens are fenced in a paddock, have a run, and are locked in a coop overnight. They require their feed and water checked daily, and eggs collected.
There are also some plants and gardens that need watering as well.
We would love someone to come and stay who loves animals.
