About this house sitting position in Greens Beach
2 bedroom holiday home at Greens Beach.
2 bedrooms upstairs (1 queen in bedroom 1 & 1 King Single + 2 singles in bedroom 2) + upstairs toilet.
Downstairs-Kitchen/Dining/Living room with Laundry/bathroom (shower only) & separate toilet.
This is our holiday home which we are wanting someone to stay in and mind our kelpie dog.
Beautiful beach location. Quiet area. Near Narawntapu National Park, great walking tracks.
15 minutes from Beaconsfield with 2 supermarkets, bakery & cafes. 15 minutes to Beauty Point with cafes & hotel with great meals.
45 minutes to Launceston CBD.
Would need someone able to walk kelpie "Mac" couple times day.
Home is on small block with shared drive with 1 other unit.
Small amount of gardening & lawn mowing as required.
Long house sit - but willing to negotiate within the dates.
