About this house sitting position in Greenvale

I'm seeking a house sitter for the above dates for my home in Greenvale, Victoria. It has four bedrooms, but only two usable as bedrooms due to my hobbies taking up two. There are two bathrooms upstairs, and a downstairs toilet.

In addition to the usual house sitting duties, the only requirements are plant care, and to entertain and take care of a very curious and affectionate (low maintenance) small parrot, a South American Conure named Cinnamon. She is not a caged bird and is free to fly anywhere in the house. That MUST be maintained.

My dog is a Malshi, a year old during the sit, still a pup, and very enjoyable to have around.

Very minimal plant watering is required. Plants in the ground will manage, but pot plants will require regular watering, particularly those outside.

I have 13 inside pot plants that will require watering every 3 days for ferns, and 6 days for palms, and misting, with an atomizer, every second day. Hanging baskets and outdoor pots, may require daily watering, depending on the temperature. Prospective sitters should factor in about 15-20 minutes a day for plant care, and that would be an outside figure..

Off street parking is available, on the driveway.

A shopping centre is about 2.2 kms by car, or 1.5 km walking.

A public bus service stop is only a stone's throw away, although I haven't used it, so can't comment on frequency.

This is a VERY secure property.
