Comfortable two bedroom unit, within walking distance from Aldi in Grovedale, the Waurn Ponds creek walking trail and a Bean Squeeze cafe. Close to all amenities, including the Waurn Ponds shopping centre, Leisurelink Aquatic & Recreation Centre, Marshall train station and a 15 minute drive from Torquay.
Two sizeable bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other fitted with a double bed mattress on the floor. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room, access to internet and Netflix within the property. Ideally suited for one house sitter or a couple (must be without other pets).

Hi house sitters! We have one adorable, affectionate, yet slightly unique furry friend, Mia, who requires love and attention while we are away for the weekend. She loves cuddles on the couch and walks along the trail or at the beach. Mia is predominantly an indoor dog and is well house trained - she will let you know when she wants to use the bathroom and can put herself to bed. We're looking for someone who's a pet lover and will be available for walks and to keep her company. Not suitable for party goers.
