About this house sitting position in GUNDY

🍁 Come for an autumn holiday in the country and enjoy the amazing colour changes of the trees up close 🍁

I am looking for someone to care for our animals and garden for about 3 weeks in March.

Our house is small but brand new. The garden is established and hardy but will require a bit of care such as watering.

We have two dogs- one wolfhound cross, one border collie who are both very friendly and used to kids plus two easy care pet rats (who are also very friendly).

Gundy is a small township in the Upper Hunter about 15 minutes from Scone. It is a short walk to beautiful Pages River where you can swim, a good pub, tennis courts, corner shop and lots of places to walk (with a view to die for) or do mountain bike trails.

The Barrington Tops are close by and are a great place to explore on a day trip. Glenbawn Dam is popular for fishing for Bass. Scone has cafes and shops and Muswellbrook has shops, a cinema and a heated pool. The famous Hunter Valley wineries are about 1.5hrs away and are great for a day trip.
As this is a small regional town there is no public transport available so you will need your own car. Read more...
