About this house sitting position in Gwandalan
Our home is a four bedroom, two-storey residence located in a quiet area of the suburb. It overlooks Lake Macquarie. The main bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living area and deck are on the upper floor. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one of which is occupied by a middle-aged male relative, a bathroom and the laundry. We have a kelpie who is ageing so does not need extensive exercise, just a couple of walks a day, but does like company. Yard maintenance is simple.
It is a friendly neighbourhood.
