Come enjoy our Mary Valley, Gympie sit, with rural mountains and town valley views from our ridgeline home on the edge of this characterful town.

No pets to care for. Town, country and coastal attractions within easy reach.

Sunrise and sunset vistas are a treat on this peaceful, edge of town residential street. Quiet neighbours, distant cattle in the paddocks far below, yet 5 mins drive to town centre, or a pleasant walk along the hilly streets.

Rest up, or head on out to enjoy Gympie's treasures. Catch the Mary Valley steam train chuffing across the valley from our house. Rural town markets, farm cafes with produce stores. Hiking, mountain biking, Noosa National Parks and restaurants, Rainbow Beach-Double Island Point beach driving, Fraser Island ferry trip, Sunshine Coast surfing, Lake Cootharaba sailing - all within easy reach, and primarily why we live here. Gympie's large Aquatic Recreational Centre 3 mins drive. Some sitters simply chill on our second storey balcony taking in the captivating view.

Elevated hillside brick home, easy care, uncluttered, clean, comfortable, renovated a few years ago.
Upstairs, main bedroom is king, bathroom, separate toilet, office, kitchen, separate dining, and living areas, covered rear balcony with broad views from most rooms.
Downstairs, laundry, storage, workshop and garage spaces - more than likely be occupied by our cars. Outdoor rear covered patio with elevated rural views.

AC throughout, TV, fast NBN, FTTP, (fibre to the premises).

Town sized block on slight slope between mulched native plant beds attracting much birdsong. Suits sitters happy to mow grass, trim edges as needed. Self-propelled walk-behind mower and motorised string trimmer. Herb, citrus trees, blueberry bush to avail of.
No pot plants to care for, yet you could share an apple with the name-tagged ag-college cows that love to sticky-beak at the back fence.

On-street parking and off-street high clearance open-ended carport beside the house. Approached via short medium grade slope, previous caravan and RV sitters park beside, or in the carport.

Our home is not suited to children or pets. Non-smoking inside and out, thanks.
