Small acreage in "Heavenly Habana"just north of Mackay. This sit will suit a young family or nomads wanting to park up and enjoy the tranquility.

We live in highset Queenslander with beautiful breezes and views around the countryside. 3 rooms with 1 queen size bed, 1 double and 1 single . TV lounge room. BBQ's smoker & pizza oven in outdoor dining area under the house with beer fridge. Washer and dryer.

Upkeep of lawns, gardens, and caring for our 4 dogs (Mastiff X Wolfhound & Standard Fox Terrier & neomastiff X Bull Arab & Spoodle) is required, along with general housekeeping. Non Smokers preferred but accepted under conditions of NO Smoking indoors.

There is room to park a caravan/Boat and towing vehicle or bus.

We are close to Shoal Point Beach and there is a running creek 1km walk up the road and other waterholes nearby.

Friendly country neighbours and community events to enjoy throughout the local and wider community.

Short drive to Seaforth and Cape Hillsborough for trail walks, fishing etc & only 2 hours from Airlie Beach or less to some impressive national parks for day trips. Being a country location- “close to” translates to 15 minutes by car.
