About this house sitting position in Hackham

I live in a 2 bedroom unit in a block of only 4 units. Fenced back garden. Location is great, close to shopping centre, cafe etc., bus stops, also sporting oval complex with clubroom, natural parklands. There's not much in maintenance required, just a light watering of indoor plants but most importantly caring for the needs of my 4 year old dog mainly exercise and play, lots of play, she's a big highly energetic pup. Her ideal carer would need to be prepared to take her out for runs or long walks, ball games at the oval and of course feed her and ensure she has fresh water every day.
She is not a good traveller in a car as she becomes over excited yapping jumping around despite her restraint. I'm currently in the slow process of training her with better behaviour in the car, slowly, slowly.
She does try to push the boundaries - I rescued her at 8 months of age and to that time she'd had no training and minimal interactions and was without any boundaries but I saw potential. She has learnt much since but she is still learning and will be for some time yet.
She is unpredictable around other dogs sadly due to having been attacked on a few occasions so I use distraction techniques and generally avoid interactions with other dogs preferring cautious safety over risk.
I treat her with gentle training, firm and assertive with loads of positive reinforcement and cuddles (she is a huge cuddler) and she has responded to this willingly, wanting to please but when she becomes over excited she tends to forget for a few minutes until she settles again.
I won't say she's easy as she is challenging but I'm 74 years old so I'm thinking ,"if I can manage her, someone younger fitter and more able would have no problem".
