About this house sitting position in Hadfield

I live in a quiet and private ground floor two bedroom unit that is in a small suburban complex with quiet and friendly neighbours. The suburb is in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Public transport (bus or train) is very close by and there is parking space on site for one vehicle.
While I no longer have pets of my own, I'm currently caring for a very affectionate cat named Mittens. She is approximately 10 years old, very low maintenance, and loves company, pats, and cuddles on your lap or on the bed with you.
I am looking for someone who will take very good care of Mittens (her owners are aware that I am seeking a house sitter to be with her for this time). Mittens is not keen on other animals so unfortunately no pets to come with the sitter.
I also have a small garden that is just being established and a number of indoor pot plants that require care.
I am a neat freak and have been house sitting myself for the last four years or so. I have fairly high expectations regarding the cleanliness and tidiness of the unit and garden, especially as it will be clean and tidy for your stay.
Please note that there is no TV and that this is strictly a non-smoking, non-partying position.
