Quaint two bedroom granny flat with big backyard, the house is modern and very clean and comfortable.
Minimal upkeep needed and low maintenance garden, only a couple of indoor plants to water
Full privacy and really nice, friendly area close to services and 5 min drive from the beach
I have an 8 year old Kelpie named Pip who I need looking after - she is the most loving and friendly dog and will make you feel super welcome. She needs a walk each day and can be left on her own if you need to work or leave the house.
