About this house sitting position in Hamersley

I am travelling overseas on 6th June through to 6th August. My three bedroom, one bath duplex home and my trusty pooch, Rabbie need someone caring to look after them.
Rabbie is a standard poodle who will be 6 years old in July. He is a lovable and friendly boy who enjoys his daily walks and an opportunity to say hello to other friendly dogs and their owners.
I may be caring for an elderly pooch, Sally who is a cross king cavalier/pug. Her owner has just moved into care. Sally is 16.
We have a wonderful local open space in walking distance or a quick drive.
I have a small garden, potted plants, spa outdoors (which takes care of itself pretty much) and a covered outdoor area. There is a single garage however my car will most likely remain there. There is plenty of room to park beside the house.
Living areas offer a theatre/lounge room and an open plan living/dining and kitchen, which is where most time is spent.
Two bedrooms are set up with queen beds and the third room is used as a study/yoga space. The second bedroom with queen bed would be the room available to the sitter.
Bathroom consists of a walk in glassed shower and a separate toilet.
Reverse cycle zoned air conditioning is available throughout the home.
Probably best suited to a single person or couple.
