About this house sitting position in Hamilton Hill

I am looking for a person/couple for 2.5 weeks from 1 March - 18 March 2025 to stay in my 3 x 2 modern villa in a small quiet complex that is less than 10 minutes from South Beach and all that Fremantle has to offer.
In return I have 2 spoiled cats that need to be fed and kept company (they are easy - no medical/behavior issues) and a small garden to keep alive.
My home is air conditioned/heated with garage parking and good overall security.
I am looking for a reliable house sitter who will be around most of the time. Definitely no party people please.
Please ensure you provide references and police clearances if you intend to apply and I will also be seeking to personally meet with shortlisted people at my house and introduce the cats to you to see if it is mutual fit.
Please also note that if this arrangement is mutually satisfactory there is the opportunity for a longer stint of house-sitting from 22 June 2025 - 3 August 2025 so if this is also of interest please advise in your reply.
