About this house sitting position in Hampton
We’ve got a comfortable four bedroom home out in the bush that has a lot space, privacy and scenery. Two of the bedrooms have their own ensuites, plus there’s a main bathroom as well. The kitchen’s a good size with an electric oven, gas cooktop and a couple of air fryers. There are two fireplaces at either end of the house, along with gas heaters.
Big windows let in lots of natural light and give you beautiful views of the Blue Mountains escarpment. Outside, there’s a cottage‑style garden and plenty of native bush, we have a lot of birds, wallabies and kangaroos, very peaceful spot.
Even though our place is tucked away, you’re only about 25 minutes from the nearest shopping centre on a scenic drive. The place is surrounded by rural farms and there’s a friendly local pub close by. A few little villages in the area have their own pubs too, and the communities are welcoming. The house sitting also comes with our 14 year old blue cattle dog. She’s a sweet old girl, very chilled out and happy to snooze the day away.
