About this house sitting position in HAMPTON

Single story, modernised, comfortable 1930's weatherboard with front and rear garden and art/craft workshop and carport. 15 minutes walk from Hampton beach, 10 minutes walk from Hampton Street shops, and train station. We need someone or a couple to care for our 10 year old mini labradoodle who can be shy to start with. She's fit and loves a walk and to play ball in the garden. Responsible, clean and tidy non smokers please and if you like to pull the odd weed out of the garden, mow the lawn occasionally and water pots if they look dry, that would be appreciated. Ammendment: We are looking for a sitter who will be able to be home for at least part of the day as Molly is used to having me home. She loves to curl up on the sofas and cuddle. Our sit is for the end of winter and beginning of spring and it is too cold for her to be outside all day. She has access to my workroom if I’m out but I don’t like to leave her all day. Thank you
