Single story home with 2 spare bedrooms in a quiet court (cul-de-sac) Outdoor area to sit and chill. Beautiful kitchen and butlers panty to cook your meals. House near lots of walking tracks and parks. Within walking distance of shops and public transport.

One 5 year old Cavoodle named Charles who loves lots of love and attention and daily feeds. Walking is a bonus but not a must.

There are two internal cameras, one at the front of the house looking down the hallway and one in the main living area. There are NONE in any of the bedrooms or bathrooms etc. Happy to turn the internal cameras off if required :-)
