About this house sitting position in Horsham

Looking for a sitter that is open to staying at our home from 5th Oct - 8th Oct, flexible for an additional day either side of this.
2 story house, main focus would be looking after our puppy toy poodle (3 months old) on a hectare, just on the edge of town. 10 minute drive into the middle of Horsham.
Requires feeds, some play but can also be left at times for you to head out.
