Hawks Nest, New South Wales

About this house sitting position in Hawks Nest

Our house is a 1940's character timber cottage with three bedrooms, one big inside bathroom (which includes a luxurious bath), another shower and toilet are located in the outside laundry, a lounge room, dining room and a modern kitchen. It is very comfortable, filled with light and has an inviting large deck overlooking the back yard where you can relax while listening to the surf and birds. Air conditioning, ceiling fans and a gentle breeze keep the home cool in summer. There is parking available under a carport and a caravan may possibly be able to fit. It is walking distance to Bennetts Beach (surf) Jimmy's Beach (flat), the Myall River, walking tracks, restaurants and shops.

We have two 12 year old affectionate Burmese cats Winx and Sparx who are sisters. They are inside cats who require general care, feeding, watering, cleaning kitty litter and frequent cuddles, they love a lap to sit on. A new addition is Cruize our daughter's very friendly 3 year old American Staffy who visits most days while she is at work and occasionally has a sleep over.
