Front verandah with views to hills and bird life. Access to this is available from the guest bedroom. Coal train in the distance.
Carport and outside dining area at the rear of the house.
One cat, people friendly, and easy to look after. She has an outside enclosure accessed from the house.
A long sandy beach is a couple of minutes walk away. Can go for longer walks to further beaches when the tide is not high.
Good neighbours.
Quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
Coffee shop, newsagent, chemist, takeaway food, hotel with restaurant a couple of kilometers down the road.
Having your own vehicle would be an advantage as there is no public transport from here. Also can do day trips to the rainforest at Eungella and Finch Hatton, or Cape Hillsborough.

Non smoking. No overnight guests or parties. Bin goes out Monday night.
