About this house sitting position in Healesville

My home is about 1km from Healesville main street, and has great views of the beautiful Yarra Ranges. It is a quiet and peaceful area.
There is a bitumen driveway up to the house, providing parking and easy access.
The home is heated/cooled, open plan, wifi, and has one bedroom set up, so ideal for single or couple. Non smoking would be appreciated
Willow, my 12y.o. pomeranian cross, is well used to the surrounds (no secure fencing) and she sleeps through the night on her pillow next to me. No grooming should be needed, but a half hour walk, usually in the
morning, is our usual practice. I mainly walk Willow off lead, as she is very good with people and has 'socialised' with other pooches over the years.
She travels well in my car, and is always eager to come with me. I feed her 1/2 times a day.
We have visiting wallabies, birds and a couple of echidnas, and Willow will bark at their intrusion. I bring her inside for safety, and they can then graze at will.
There are some pot plants for watering, on the back patio please.
Around Healesville, there are many nearby places to visit and explore.
