About this house sitting position in Healesville

We live in the beautiful Yarra Valley - in the township of Healesville. Healesville is the centre hub of the Yarra Valley wine region so there is much to explore, see and do. We need Pooky&Gerry our spoilt Jack Russell and Chihuahua cared for 33 days while we are on an overseas holiday.

The house is tucked away in a private position on a no through road. It is 5 minutes walk to the main street. The house is modern with concrete floors, high ceilings and beautiful large windows and doors. It is surrounded by a deck with an inbuilt spa and has a courtyard area with an external bedroom/bathroom.
The house has reverse cycle heating and cooling and is very easy to keep cool and warm up. It is very cosy and easy to live in - with lots of natural sunlight.
There is plenty of undercover parking for vehicles.
We have 2 gorgeous dogs - Gerry is our 10 year old Jack Russell and loves company and lots of walking/play time. Pooky is our 2 year old Chihuahua - she is delightful and loves company and walks with Gerry. She loves Gerry and doesn't like to be away from him. They are both very spoilt with affection and constant company as they are always with us where ever we go. Occasionally we leave them at home together for a short time if it's very hot and they can't be left safely in the car. They both love company and would miss humans if there was no one to look after them while we are away.
Pooky sleeps on the bed and Gerry sleeps next to the bed in his basket on the floor - he does jump on the bed in the mornings.
We are pretty fussy with keeping the house and verandahs clean so we would like our house/pet sitter to be fussy also!! In saying that the house is easy to keep clean! The verandahs would need sweeping or blowing but isn't too bad- maybe a 10 minute job!!. There will be a bit of watering to do for the indoor plants and the outside gardens are on a sprinkler system.
Our main concern is that our fur babies are well loved and looked after by someone who adores animals.
Our pet/house sit would be more suitable for a couple. The houses not suitable for children as the bedroom is an open studio type and the second bedroom is outside which forms part of the courtyard.
