About this house sitting position in Heathmont

We have a family home in Heathmont (3135), eastern suburbs of Melbourne Victoria and our very much loved and spoiled Greyhound 'Pip' and cat 'Seven' need some TLC for a week while we are away. Pip adores people and wants nothing more than cuddles and walks around the neighbourhood. Whilst she loves people, she doesn't like other dogs. As a greyhound she must always be on a lead when out for a walk. We don't have a doggie door, so she asks to go out, but she has such a good walking routine that mostly she toilets on her walks. Pip needs to be walked at least twice a day, just a walk around the block is enough.
'Seven' is the cuddliest cat around, however doesn't really like strangers so you may not see much of him at first.
We live in a quiet and friendly street 1.3km from the train station and just 300m from the bus stop (and milk bar/Pizza etc).
We have just completed an extension so the indoors and back yard are sparkling, but the front yard is still under construction - but it's not an area you need to use anyway. We are proud of our home and would like sitters that feel the same way about property. Most importantly you must adore animals. Pip and Seven are members of our family, so we really need someone who loves animals as much as we do. Their comfort and happiness is very very important to us.
We have ducted heating/cooling and a swimming pool which you are welcome to use and we will leave clear instructions for everything. We have great neighbours who will also be able to help out and check in on the animals if need be.
Prefer not to have people other than the organised sitters in our home. Read more...
