About this house sitting position in HEDDON GRETA

Hello :)
My partner and I have a trip booked and are needing somebody to come and look after the house and our two dogs while we're away.
Location - Newcastle NSW (Heddon Greta)
DATES - Friday the 31st May and arriving back on Wednesday the 12th of June.

We have a 4 year old Greyhound named Finn and a whippet puppy named Felix. He will be about 8 months old at the time of the Sit.
Both are very loving & easy to care for.
Finn is your classic Greyhound and only shows his bursts of energy when it's walk time. In between that, he's a snooze hound.

Felix is a little more energetic. Loves to play fetch with his toys and enjoys a chew stick to keep him occupied.
He's a sweet little guy who loves a cuddle and loves to pick up a toy and parade it around for you.

The boys have a pretty strict routine and we will need someone who is happy to stick to it. This includes walking and playing with the dogs & ensuring they are fed and walked.
Finn gets 2 walks a day, one first thing in the morning and then again in the Afternoon at around 5-530pm.
Felix only goes on the afternoon walks as he's not a huge fan of getting up early. That's why he needs a bit of fetch/play time in the day to burn some energy.
Finn is a breeze to walk and Felix is also pretty good, especially for a young pup.
Ensuring you stick to our current basic training with him is also a requirement. Nothing crazy, more so just ensuring he sits at the sidewalk and keeps left while on the lead.

We have a lovely 4-bedroom house in the Suburbs.
It is walking distance to bus stops, a bakery, Bottle shop, Chinese Restaurant and a burger joint.

Roughly 20-30 min drive to the Hunter Valley wineries, the Zoo and plenty of great restaurants out that way.

The street is located directly across from a Golf Course if you're into Golf.

Maitland is about 12 minutes up the road and has plenty of food/shopping options. There is also a beautiful park where we take the boys for an afternoon walk sometimes.
And 10 minutes in the other Direction, there are more supermarkets, bakeries and take away shops. Also the main Highway known as the Express way which will take you to the Hunter Valley.

We have a desk/Work station if you do WFH.
The boys are fine to be left in the day, as long as your hours co inside with their current routine and you can be home in time to feed them before the Arvo walk.

We would prefer a face to face meet and greet prior.
Would like to run through the daily routine and for you to see the house and the area and also ask any questions.

Dates are not flexible.
Happy for a single person or couple to come and stay. Or an adult and child.
