About this house sitting position in Heidelberg

I have a one bedroom single fronted terrace house located in Heidelberg within 2 minutes walk of shops, cafes, restaurants, gyms, post office and public transport. Austin Hospital is 5 min away. I also have stunning walks along the yarra river where I have seen kangaroos, echidna s, wombats, foxes you think you are in the country. Lovely simple home with everything at your fingertips. There is a train 10 min walk, buses and 5 min from Eastern freeway. I have Netflix and Stan and 2 monitor screens for use with laptop.
My girl will be 13 in February so she is quite slow to move around but I try to do little walks couple of times a day just for stimulation so she can have a sniff at everything. She has a beautful nature and pretty chilled happy to sit out the front on the grass and say hello to everyone walking past (they all know her) . Then I have my 2 boys - brothers who are around 3 years old and very self sufficient. I would like to meet my sitter before hand.

The reason I say no to sitters with pets is because of my dogs age she does like her own space and at 13 she can have whatever she wants
