About this house sitting position in Heidelberg West

We are looking for caring, experienced and homey pet minders to look after our 2 small dogs in our lovely home for 3+ weeks from 16/07/2026 to 9/08/2026
Older and/or mostly retired couples or singles would have preference.

Bouske, (or Pugsley) our 6 year old Lowchen lad and Luigi (Wigi) his 4 year old löwchen brother are extremely gentle in nature, will melt your heart and make you smile.
The Lowchen are an easy going, happy, bright and willing to please breed and these 2 are typical examples. They are very well bonded and great mates.

They are used to someone at home most of the time and would need at least one nice long walk every day.
Bouske is active and playful but also laid back, well behaved, obedient and not fussed. Loves meeting people, other dogs, food and playtime with his little brother. He thinks it is the best toy we have ever given him.
Wigi (short for Luigi) is also easy going, eager to do the right thing and be the sweetest little lad he can be. He too is most happy when hanging out with his bestie.

Our house is modern, comfortable, practical, neat and low maintenance.
The garden surrounding the house is lovely, very private and won't need much if any attention in the Melbourne winter months.
A walk out the back gate will bring you into the creek side park at the rear.
And a short walk through these park lands will bring you to a major shopping centre.
It is also a short walk to public transport and if you time it right this can drop you off in Melbourne City within 30 minutes. Read more...
